“Thank you to the Universe for this awareness of peace, and I am ready to integrate a new story of abundance into my life.” - My journey through the last half of my life seems to be paralleling yours . . . Carrie Underwood sings a song titled, "Jesus Take the Wheel" - are you familiar with it?

Your perspective/announcement has been the fodder for much thought! May the Universe acknowledge and grant you your 'new storyline'. With financial abundance, I truly believe, that your generosity of soul and spirit would be greatly enhanced and magnified for the betterment of a far greater 'audience'.

May you soon find, experience and enjoy financial enrichment and personal fulfillment and may even more people benefit from your 'goodness'.

I look forward to the sharing of the next chapter in 'The Life and Times of Ross' . . .

Cheers and Good Luck!

Good reminder about Sundays--I remember when things were closed that day, too. And the kafuffle when malls were considering opening stores on Sunday. Did we really take more time to ourselves before? Or were we more focused and less distracted? I think this is one of the byproducts of technological advancement--we stray more and pay attention less to the task at hand, even relaxing. But especially art.

Reminds me of my friend's song, "Slow Dance."

Aargh - is this for me? I hate being concise!

Seriously, I like giving context, even for a brief snippet of the day being shared. This probably means I talk too much. But then again, I don't just rattle off everything . . . or do I?

Thanks for giving me some stuff to think about. And nice clip! More Scrubs!

Good post.
That's a funny story. I missed it in Byron Katie's "Loving What Is" book. I'll go back and read it again - it's good stuff.
I've had that sort of thing happen many times, and now I just laugh at myself. (mostly)
One time, I had stopped in a rest stop in Oregon on my way up the Pacific Coast. I must have nodded or smiled at some guy on my way into the restroom. He jumped back with a startled look on his face and blurted out "Don't get the wrong idea, fella! This purse is my wife's and I'm just holding it for her until she gets out of the bathroom!" I hadn't even noticed the purse, and had hardly noticed him, and here he was, caught in this projection of being self-conscious about standing outside a public restroom with a purse. I don't think it was because it didn't match his shoes.

Thank you for "getting it", Ross. The journey continues and I try to leave each day inspired by the way Bob taught me to live; large.

Forgiveness enabled me to transform power, find my voice, and keep a light shining on the path. For that, and the daring hearts of my children and my husband Michael I am truly grateful.

Peace to you.

Hey Ross, I appreciate the reminder about taking baby steps! I think sometimes we can get overwhelmed by trying to make drastic changes and then we just stop doing anything at all. I recently gave up adding salt to my food by just agreeing that I wouldn't add salt to any food for just one day, that turned into a week and I am into week 2! In giving up salt I began to feel less puffy in general and began walking more...it has rippled into some great energy towards becoming healthier. I really enjoy your blog, but sometimes forget to check it, so any reminders would be appreciated, Thanks Jenn
